How much is shipping?

Every US order ships free with 3-day delivery nationwide. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days.

What is your return policy?

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact support@nevertarnish.com to start a return.

What chain lengths are available?

Chains are available in 16″, 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″, and 26″. Bracelets ship in 6″, 7″, and 8″. Rope, Cuban, and Figaro styles also offer 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm widths in gold and silver.

What is the no-tarnish warranty?

Every NeverTarnish piece is backed by a 1-year no-tarnish warranty. If your jewelry tarnishes within a year of purchase under normal wear, we will replace it.

Can I wear NeverTarnish jewelry in water?
